Developed by two brothers, one a Real Estate Agent and the other being a professional software engineer, Spectora was designed with both Agents and Clients needs in mind. Clients can enjoy a simply formatted, to-the-point inspection report, complete with photographs of the discrepancies noted by the inspector. This makes reading these reports very straightforward, saving valuable time on the inspection contingency. Agents are provided identical information as their client, making communication between the two very simple, and easy to understand.
