Home Inspectors provide a very real, unbiased opinion of the overall health of the structure. When folks go tour property, remember, they are looking at everything through a very bias lens. We all know how quickly we can become attached to a property. Picturing your family growing, putting marks on the walls to show how much the kids have grown over the last year, things like this. While it is obviously important to look forward to your future, it is just as equally important to approach the situation as unbias as possible. Being "to in love" with something may cause you to "look passed" the foundation settling, or leaky roof. Things that may bring your dreams to a costly and abrupt halt. That is why we have chosen to partner with InterNACHI, The National Association of Home Inspectors. InterNACHI is the industry leading in training and continuing education for Home and Commercial Inspectors.  InterNACHI requires its members to be up-to-date on all training requirements and business liability insurances to be a Certified Professional Inspector with their organization.
